At duriantea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your duriantea account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
